Returns and Exchanges

  • Contact Enhance a Fire for Authorization and RMA number PRIOR to the return.

  • Returns and exchanges of Enhance A Fire products must be requested within 30 days of purchase.

  • Your order number must be included with the return.

  • Customer pays return shipping costs.

  • Returns and exchanges are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

  • Merchandise must be returned to us in the same condition it was received. The returned merchandise must be received in re-sellable condition. Returns are issued after product is received and inspected. Returned items that arrive damaged or are missing components will not receive a full refund.

  • Exchanges and refunds are applied to the original form of payment. No cash credits apply.

  • Returns/Exchanges are not accepted for clearance and final sale items.
